According to Old Spice Guy Do you enjoy the scent of adventure?. You would like to go on an adventure wouldnt you? To spend a few months on a tropical island that is deserted and away from the daily grind. Regretfully you are not going anywhere anytime soon. Your boss wont let you do your job am I correct? Your partner wont tolerate it. Your children.
Well theyre constantly itching to go on adventures. Children generally seem to be on adventures all the time which is funny. Pretending to be pirates jaguars or anything else they can think of they run from one side of the room to the other. You probably think If only I could be a kid again all the time. Get over it Im here to tell you.
You will never again be a child. You are past that period of your life. You have long since closed your growth plates. However that does not mean that the adventures must stop. As an adult you actually have more than limitless freedoms. You are a driver.
Anywhere in the world you can purchase airline tickets. You are an adult with a great deal of power why dont you use it? Oh wait I know why. Because now you have obligations. You need to get to school. Work to stay ahead of. friendships to preserve. I have heard this before yes. Its not an excuse. You only have one life to spare.
Why should children who are less than twice your age travel the world in their imaginations while you have twice as much freedom and power? Why should you continue to go through the same things? Additionally you only work.
Immediately stop whatever youre doing. Sick leave should be called. Ignore class. Ignore your coworkers. Take a new activity. Enter a different dimension. You will encounter something entirely new. Be a kid. There is adventure out there. even within.
